Abdik's Mod — Feature Guide
A client-only quality-of-life mod for Hypixel SkyBlock. This guide follows the exact in-game menu — every category, module and setting, and how to reach it. Turn on only what you want.
Download on Modrinth Fabric · Minecraft 26.1.2 and 26.2
Getting started
- Press ] (right bracket) to open the settings overlay — it draws on top of whatever is
already on screen (a world, the pause menu, an inventory, another mod's screen), so you never have
to close anything first. Rebind it with
/abm keybind gui <key>(e.g. RSHIFT, GRAVE, F6, or NONE to disable). - The overlay is a set of draggable category panels. Drag a panel by its title bar; panel positions and which categories you left open are remembered between sessions.
- Left-click a module to toggle it on/off. Right-click a module to open it and see its settings.
- Or type
/abmto open the menu,/abm hudfor the HUD layout editor, and/abm helpto list every command.
HUD category: HUD
Item Rarity Circle
HUD → Item Rarity Circle
A background circle behind items, colour-coded by Hypixel rarity, on both inventory and hotbar items.
Boss Bar
HUD → Boss Bar
Tracks Hypixel dungeon / slayer / event boss HP.
- Show Percent / Show Raw HP — what the bar shows.
- Hide Vanilla Bar — replaces the vanilla boss bar.
- Phase Alert — sound cue when a watched boss hits low HP, so you're ready for the phase.
- Show Unlisted — also track event bosses not yet in the built-in whitelist.
- Edit Boss Whitelist — manage which bosses are tracked.
Player Model HUD · Inventory HUD · Connection Stall Indicator
HUD → Player Model HUD / Inventory HUD / Connection Stall Indicator
- Player Model HUD — a rendered view of your character as a HUD element.
- Inventory HUD — your inventory contents shown on the HUD.
- Connection Stall Indicator — shows when your connection to the server stalls.
AH Tracker
HUD → AH Tracker
Auction House price tracker: watch items and get notified when a Buy It Now listing drops under your price. (Uses the relay — see Cross-account & relay.)
- Display Mode — how the HUD readout is shown.
- Edit AH Watchlist — add items and set your target prices.
Player Stats
HUD → Player Stats (opens its own screen)
Draggable displays for Health, Mana, Overflow Mana, Defense, Vitality, Effective Health (EHP) and Speed, each independently toggleable. Optionally hide Hypixel's own stat numbers above the hotbar, and/or the vanilla health, hunger, armour and mount-health bars, so nothing is duplicated.
Edit HUD Layout
HUD → Edit HUD Layout, or /abm hud
A drag-and-drop editor for placing every HUD element. It only lists elements whose module is turned on, and elements resize to any size. Separate Reset Sizes, Reset Positions and Cancel options.
Render category: Render
Zoom
Render → Zoom
Hold a key to zoom the camera in, easing in and out smoothly. While zoomed, scroll to push in further or back off.
- Set the hold key on the module's own Keybind row (open Zoom, left-click Keybind, press a key).
- Zoom Level — 2× to 10×.
- Smooth — turn off for an instant snap instead of an ease.
Waypoints
Render → Waypoints → Edit Waypoints
Mark any spot and get a box on the block plus an optional beam to the sky. Each waypoint is scoped to the island/floor you made it on, so it only shows where it belongs. Each has its own colour and a full editor (add / rename / recolour / delete).
- Through Walls — see it through terrain.
- Beam to Sky — a vertical beacon beam.
- Show Names — floats each name above the box, scaled with distance so it stays readable far away.
- Temp from Chat — coordinates posted in chat (yours or others') drop a brief see-through marker.
- Temp Duration — 30 / 60 / 120s.
Also: /abm coords sends your current position to the chat you're on.
Fullbright
Render → Fullbright
Full brightness everywhere without touching your gamma or a resource pack.
Custom Cape
Render → Custom Cape
Wear a cape from the mod's built-in set, visible client-side. Pick it with the Cape selector.
Item Animations
Render → Item Animations → Edit Animations
Custom held-item position, rotation and scale, with an optional no-swing feel (matched to Odin). Set the offsets in the editor.
Post-Process Glow
Render → Post-Process Glow
A screen-wide shader glow effect.
- Shader — 28 colour presets.
- Live Color — a full colour picker for a custom hue.
- Screen Shader — the screen-wide effect toggle.
Player Outline
Render → Player Outline
A clean glow-style outline around your own character, held items and armour. Never touches Minecraft's real Glowing effect.
- Outline Color — its own colour picker.
- Other Players — off by default; extends it to everyone else, and for other players it never draws through walls (can't reveal anyone you couldn't already see).
Custom Skybox
Render → Custom Skybox
Replace the sky and fog with your own colours and custom sun/moon.
- Sky/Fog Color — the base sky/fog colour.
- Sun / Sun Color / Sun Intensity — custom sun.
- Moon / Moon Color / Moon Intensity — custom moon.
Block Editor
Render → Block Editor (opens the editor)
Override block tints and models client-side, including fluids like water and lava.
Shape Spin
Render → Shape Spin
Shows a selectable spinning shape — cube, octahedron or pyramid — in your off-hand, with adjustable size, speed and colour including a rainbow mode. Nothing to set up; turn it on and it is there.
Custom Mesh (experimental)
Render → Custom Mesh Projects (opens the project list)
Attaches a model of your own to a bone on your character — head, off-hand and so on — imported from a Blender glTF/GLB export. Mesh, texture and object-transform animation are all supported. Only you see it; nothing about it is sent anywhere.
- Make a project: open Custom Mesh Projects, type a name, hit New Project. That
creates a folder for it at
config/abdiksmod/custom_mesh/<name>/. - Name the file after the project. This is the step that catches everyone: a project called
hatloadshat.glband nothing else. Put your export in that folder under exactly that name, then press Reload from disk. - Exporting from Blender: File → Export → glTF 2.0, format glTF Binary (.glb), with Triangulate Mesh ticked.
- A texture is optional. No image, no UV unwrap and no normals are all fine — the model then renders flat-shaded in its material's own colour. Only the geometry is actually required.
- Per project: which bone it attaches to, first or third person, offset, rotation, scale, and which animation to play (blank plays the first one in the file).
Chat category: Chat
Twitch Chat
Chat → Twitch Chat → Account Settings
Brings your Twitch stream into the game (implemented directly, no external SDK; secrets stored in your OS keychain). Twitch chat in game, EventSub alerts, and a live viewer-count readout.
- Moderation Commands — run mod actions from in game.
- Alert URL Saved — alert-source status.
Colour My Messages
Chat → Colour My Messages
Colours the messages you send (only your own), with a full colour picker under Colour.
Ding on DM
Chat → Ding on DM
Plays a sound when you receive a direct message on the server.
Stack Duplicate Messages
Chat → Stack Duplicate Messages
Repeated chat lines collapse into one with a [2x] counter, keeping their clickable
parts working.
DM Filter
Chat → DM Filter
Manage a list of players whose messages are filtered from your chat.
AI Chat Responder
Chat → AI Chat Responder → Edit AI Settings
Connect your own Gemini or ChatGPT API key and chat with an AI from in game. It uses your key directly — nothing goes through the author's server, and the author has no access to your key, prompts or replies.
- Ask privately with
/abm ai <message>(answer shown only to you), or use a chat trigger word/marker so a normal message gets an AI reply. - Only Me (on by default) — the trigger only answers your own messages, in normal chat and in DMs/groups, so nobody else can make your account send AI replies.
- Read DMs — the AI can also read and answer in your cross-account DMs and group chats.
- Send Back — whether a DM/group answer goes back to whoever asked, or into whatever chat you're currently in.
- Memory — how many past messages to keep for follow-ups (Off … Max).
- Saved Chats — name and reload conversations, even after a restart; Forget Conversation clears the current memory.
AI command control (Unsafe)
Chat → AI Chat Responder → Unsafe + Edit AI Commands
Optional, off by default. With the Unsafe switch on, the AI can actually run commands you
register when you ask. It can also close the game — but only if you register a
<<QUIT>> command (see below); there's no built-in close.
- In Edit AI Commands, register a phrase ("warp the party") mapped to a command
(
/party warp). - Use
%args%for a value the AI fills from what you said — registerwarp→/warp %args%, say "warp me to crimson", it runs/warp crimson. - Requires Arg (per command) — one that needs a value won't run without one.
- Owner Only (per command, on by default) — only you can trigger it, even if others can chat with your AI.
- Close the game with your own phrase — set a command's command to
<<QUIT>>instead of a slash command (e.g. phrasebyebye→<<QUIT>>). Saying that phrase closes the game — this is the only way it can close. Follows that command's Owner Only flag (on by default). - Only works while both the AI module and the Unsafe switch are on.
<<QUIT>> command — opt-in for that reason. Use at your own discretion.Dungeon category: Dungeon
Party Finder
Dungeon → Party Finder → Manage Ignore List
Marks Party Finder listings that contain someone you've ignored with a purple circle, so you don't have to read every tooltip. The marking and the action are separate switches.
- Highlight — the purple circle on marked listings. Its own switch, so you can have the marking without the mod acting for you, or the other way round.
- Auto Leave/Kick — separate toggle; turn it off to keep the marking only.
A listing is marked when an ignored player is anywhere in the party — the owner or any member.
Death Counter
Dungeon → Death Counter
Tracks deaths in dungeons and shows a short death title so a wipe is obvious at a glance.
Danger Zones
Dungeon → Danger Zones → Edit Danger Zones
Custom out-of-bounds boxes ("past this is the void", "phase 2 arena edge") with a title + optional sound when you enter or leave. Each zone can be pinned to a specific island/floor (blank = shows everywhere), and zones can be shared via a copy/import code.
- Sound Alert — play a sound on enter/leave.
- Show Outline — draw the box outline.
- Always Show All — show every zone, not just the one you're in.
Drop Tracker
Dungeon → Drop Tracker → Edit Watchlist
Add items you don't want to miss to a watchlist, and get an alert with a through-walls marker when one drops nearby in a dungeon.
Dungeon Map
Dungeon → Dungeon Map
The floor drawn out as you explore it, in the same layout other dungeon maps use. It only ever shows ground your party has actually uncovered — never the whole floor — so it tells you where you have been, not where everything is. Rooms carry their real names and secret counts, are coloured by type (puzzle, trap, miniboss, rare, fairy, blood, entrance), get a tick when cleared, a green tick when every secret is done and a cross for a failed puzzle. Doors, wither doors and the blood door are drawn as themselves, and every party member's head sits on the map facing the way they are facing, ringed in their class colour.
- Score — a readout under the map: secrets, crypts, live score, deaths, and the mimic / prince / bat bonuses. Paul's EZPZ bonus is detected from the current mayor automatically.
- Hide In Boss — on by default; the map has nothing left to tell you once the boss fight starts, so it gets out of the way.
- Force Paul — only needed if the automatic mayor check can't reach the network.
Drag it where you want with /abm hud, like any other HUD element.
Wheel Leap
Dungeon → Wheel Leap
F7 and M7 only. When Necron grabs someone and hauls them onto the drop spot, you get a "leap <name>" title so you know who to leap to without reading the whole wheel. Fires once per run.
- Stand Pos — on by default. A marker on the pre-mid block, visible through walls so you can find it from anywhere in the arena. It breathes in and out, and is wrapped in a real shader glow — the same post-process pass the Player Outline uses, pointed at the world instead of at you. Colour comes from Stand Colour right below it.
- Show Zones — draws the leap circle itself, and only that. Off by default; it is mostly a one-off "is this the right area" check.
- Height — how far up the leap zone reaches.
- Say Class — call the class instead of the player's name.
- Party Msg — off by default, since it talks to everyone: sends "<who> pre-mid" to party chat.
Simon Says
Dungeon → Simon Says
The F7/M7 device, drawn out and guarded. Buttons you still have to press get boxed in the order you need them, and a click on anything that isn't next simply doesn't go through. The point of that is the sweep: you can hold right click and drag across the whole wall instead of aiming at each button, and only the right one ever registers.
- Block Wrong Clicks — the guard itself. Worth knowing: while the mod hasn't worked out the sequence yet it blocks every button, which is what makes the sweep safe. If no boxes are showing, it knows nothing yet and everything will be blocked.
- Block Start — on by default. Stops a start-button click that would throw away a sequence you're part way through, so sweeping over start can't restart the device. Start is never blocked when it's the click you actually want.
- Show Order — the boxes. Green is next, gold is the one after, red is everything left. Each has its own colour picker (Next, Second, Rest).
- Bypass — hold this to click through the guard. Left Shift out of the box; click the row and press a key to move it, or Esc to clear it. Clearing it means no bypass at all, not "back to shift".
Relics
Dungeon → Relics
M7 only. Dropping a relic into the wrong cauldron is the one mistake on the floor that ends the run then and there, so this catches it: wrong colour and the click never leaves your client, with a title telling you which relic that cauldron actually wants.
- Block Wrong — on by default inside the module. Only ever blocks that one mistake: right relic, right cauldron, or anything it doesn't recognise, and the click goes through untouched.
Slayer & Events category: Slayer & Events
Egg Sacs
Slayer & Events → Egg Sacs
Highlights each egg sac spawned by the Tarantula Broodfather with a through-walls box, and writes the hits it has left over the top of it in text you can read from across the arena. Hypixel already puts that number on the sac — it is just name-tag sized, which is no use from where you actually shoot them.
- Through Walls — see the sacs through terrain.
- Guess Box — marks the likely landing area before a sac appears. Worked out per boss, so another player's sacs going up can't blank the guess on your own fight.
- Hits Left — the sac's own hits-remaining count, redrawn big. On by default.
- Others' Bosses — include or ignore sacs from other players' fights.
- Guess Height / Guess Radius — tune the guess box.
- Colour — box colour picker.
Utils category: Utils
Auto Updater
Utils → Auto Updater
Optional. Checks for a new version after launch and about once an hour. When one is found you get a
chat message with [Download & Install] / [Not now] — nothing downloads until you
click. If it can't prompt yet (main menu) it shows on world-join and reminds hourly. The buttons run
/abm update install / /abm update dismiss, which you can also type.
Works on Lunar Client as well as normal Fabric launchers — it resolves its own jar through the loader rather than guessing at a path.
Auto Sprint
Utils → Auto Sprint
Keeps you sprinting without holding the sprint key.
Badpixel
Utils → Badpixel
What your client says about itself to a server. Everything here is off by default and none of it changes how the game plays.
- Launch Env — the launcher name you announce when you join. Every client sends one at login and Fabric's says "fabric"; this lets you send Vanilla, Forge, or a Custom Name you type in instead. Leaving it on Fabric sends the real one, i.e. no change at all.
- Hide Mods — closes a real trick. A server can hide a translation key belonging to some mod inside a sign or an anvil, wait for your client to send the text back, and work out from the answer whether you have that mod. With this on your client answers the way an unmodded one would. Server resource packs still translate normally, so servers with their own custom text look exactly as they should.
- Hide Channels — off by default, and the one with a real cost. Your client normally lists its plugin channels to the server, which is about as close to a genuine mod list as a server ever gets. This stops that. Hypixel's own channel is left alone so the Hypixel mod API keeps working, but any other mod that needs a channel of its own will stop working while this is on.
Mod-User Marker (Presence)
Utils → Mod-User Marker
Recognises other players also running AbdiksMod — a marker shows next to their name in chat, on the scoreboard and in the tab list. Set the colour with Marker Colour. (Uses the relay.)
Player Size
Utils → Player Size → Edit Player Size
Set your own X/Y/Z scale. Synced through the relay, so every AbdiksMod user sees the same size for everyone else.
Key Command Binds & Command Shortcuts
Utils → Key Command Binds / Command Shortcuts
- Key Command Binds (Edit Key Binds) — bind any key to run a command with one keypress.
- Command Shortcuts (Edit Shortcuts) — type a short alias that expands to a full command
(
/ph→/party leave). Supports%args%and a "requires arg" option so an alias can coexist with a real server command.
No Mouse Reset
Utils → No Mouse Reset
Stops the cursor jumping back to the middle of the screen when one menu closes and another opens right after. The Window that counts as "right after" is selectable.
Module keybinds
Any module's Keybind row
Bind almost any module to a key that toggles it on/off, straight from the settings menu (open a module, left-click its Keybind row, press a key). Different from Key Command Binds, which run commands.
Cross-account & relay
Some features connect through a small relay server the author runs and pays for: DM & group chat, Mod-User Marker (Presence), Player Size and the AH Tracker. It's for use through the official, unmodified client only.
Cross-account DM & group chat is command-driven (there's no toggle module) and end-to-end encrypted:
/abm dm <player> <message>— start / send a DM./abm dm invite <user>,/abm dm accept,/abm dm end./abm group <code> <passphrase> <message>— group chat./abm group invite <user>,/abm group leave./abm chat dm | group | minecraft— redirect your typed chat to the active DM/group, or back to normal Minecraft chat./abm eula— read and accept/deny the chat Terms of Use (required before using the relay).

Changelog
Version history, newest first. Click a version to expand.
v1.0.23.0
- Egg Sacs now tell you how many hits are left, in text you can actually read. Hypixel already writes the number on the sac — it's just name-tag sized, and you're usually most of an arena away when it matters. Same number, blown up and floating on the sac itself. There's a "Hits Left" switch if you'd rather not have it.
- Custom Mesh takes a lot more models than it used to. No texture, no UV map, no normals — any of those used to be a flat refusal with a message about TEXCOORD_0, which is not a thing anyone should have to look up. Now a model with no image just renders in whatever colour its material is, and one with no normals gets shaded off its own geometry. If it's a shape, it loads.
- The Custom Mesh screens finally tell you the one thing everybody gets wrong: the file has to be named after the project. Make a project called hat, drop in hat.glb. It's written on the screen now, along with the Blender export settings and a note that a texture is optional.
- Your egg sac guess box no longer disappears because of somebody else's boss. If you were sharing a burrow and a stranger's sacs went up, yours went blank — and it looked random, because it depended on whether anyone nearby happened to be mid-phase. Sacs are now worked out properly from which boss they actually spawned above, so other people's fights are their own business.
- The wheel leap party message says what it means. It used to be "<name> pre-mid", which tells the party a name and a place and leaves them to work out that the point is to leap to them. Now it's "Leap to <name> - pre-mid".
- If one feature breaks, it now turns itself off instead of taking the game with it. Everything in here runs inside the game's own tick and render, and until now a single mistake in any one of them was a crash report that looked like a vanilla bug. Now the feature that threw gets skipped, the log says which one and why, once, and everything else carries on.
- A HUD element that broke used to drag the whole HUD with it — yours and the game's — drawn offset and scaled wrong for the rest of the session. That one was worse than the crash, because it looked like something else's fault.
- A corrupt or half-downloaded model file can't crash the game anymore. It reads the size straight out of the file, and a broken file could claim a size big enough to take the whole game out before anything got a chance to complain. Now it just says the file is corrupt.
- A shader that fails to build gives up now. It used to try again every single frame for the rest of the session, writing a line to the log each time — so the one thing that was already broken quietly turned into the thing making the game unplayable.
- Settings can't get loaded twice anymore. Nothing guaranteed which part of the mod asked for them first, and two copies means one of them is a ghost: you change a setting, something else never sees it, and a save overwrites your file with older values.
- The AI note now mentions OpenAI as well as Gemini. It has taken either for a while — the text just never caught up.
v1.0.22.0
- Simon Says: the F7/M7 device, drawn out and guarded. Buttons you still have to press get boxed in order - green for the next one, gold for the one after, red for the rest - and clicking anything that isn't next just doesn't go through. So you can hold right click and drag across the wall instead of aiming at them one at a time. Shift clicks through it if it's ever in your way, and you can move that onto any key you like.
- M7 Relics: no more dropping a relic in the wrong cauldron. Wrong colour and the click doesn't happen, plus a title telling you which one that cauldron actually wants. It's the only mistake on the floor that ends the run on the spot, so it's the one worth catching.
- Badpixel: two switches for what your client says about itself. Launch Env picks the launcher name you announce when you join - Vanilla, Fabric, Forge, or type your own. Hide Mods shuts down a trick where a server sneaks a translation key into a sign or an anvil and reads your mod list off whatever your client sends back; with it on you answer the way a vanilla client would.
- Hide Channels sits under Hide Mods and is off by default. It stops your client listing its plugin channels, which is about as close to a real mod list as a server ever gets. Hypixel's own channel is left alone so the Hypixel mod API still works, but anything else that needs its own channel will break while it's on - that's why it stays off until you say so.
- Fixed a 26.2 crash when a few world boxes landed in the same frame - waypoints, danger zones and drop highlights all at once, say. Each box was going off to the graphics card on its own and the game ran out of slots to wait on. They go together in one batch now.
v1.0.21.0
- Dungeon Map: the floor drawn out as you explore it. It only ever shows ground your party has actually uncovered - never the whole floor - with real room names, secret counts, a colour per room type, ticks for cleared rooms and a cross for a failed puzzle, and everyone's head on the map facing the way they're facing with a ring in their class colour. Doors, wither doors and the blood door are all drawn as themselves, and there's a "Hide In Boss" toggle since the map has nothing left to tell you once the boss fight starts.
- Score readout under the map: secrets, crypts, live score, deaths and the mimic/prince/bat bonuses, on its own switch so you can have the map without it. Paul's EZPZ bonus is worked out automatically from the current mayor.
- Wheel Leap: on F7 and M7, when Necron grabs someone and hauls them onto the drop spot you get a "leap <name>" title, so you know who to leap to without having to read the whole wheel. It can say the class instead of the name, and there's an optional party message if you'd rather tell everyone.
- Stand Pos (on by default, part of Wheel Leap): a marker sitting on the pre-mid block, visible through walls so you can find it from anywhere in the arena. It breathes in and out, and it's wrapped in a real shader glow - the same post-process the Player Outline uses, pointed at the world instead of at you. Colour comes from its own picker, and it's a separate switch from "Show Zones", which now only draws the leap circle itself and nothing else.
- "Ignore Party Guard" is now called "Party Finder", since marking listings is the main thing it does. Your ignore list and settings carry over untouched.
- The listing highlight is its own switch now, so you can have the marking without auto kick/leave, or the other way round.
- Party Finder listings are now marked when an ignored player is anywhere in the party, not only when they own it. The mod was looking for member rows in a shape Hypixel doesn't actually use, so no member name ever matched and only the party owner was ever picked up.
- Auto-updating now works on Lunar Client. The updater couldn't work out which file on disk it was running from there, so it gave up before downloading anything and you had to update by hand. It now asks the loader where the mod was loaded from, falls back to its own code location, and only then to the old method - and it says which one failed in the log if none of them work.
- The dungeon map could sit frozen for a whole run if the run started while you were holding something other than the map - a bow, say. It was reading whichever map turned up first and never looking again, so a stale one stayed stale. It now picks the map by what's actually drawn on it, checks the whole inventory rather than just the hotbar, and re-measures itself whenever the map or the floor changes.
- HUD elements keep their shape when you resize them. Dragging the handle to anything other than an element's natural proportions used to stretch the contents - text leaned over, square dungeon rooms became rectangles, circles became ellipses. Now everything scales evenly to fit inside whatever box you drag, and the leftover strip on one side just stays empty.
v1.0.20.0
- Waypoints: mark any spot in the world and get a box on the block plus an optional beam to the sky. Each waypoint is scoped to the island/floor you made it on, so they only show where they belong. Toggle for seeing them through walls, and a full editor for adding, renaming, recolouring, and deleting them.
- Player Outline: a clean glow-style outline drawn around your own character, including held items and armour, with its own colour picker. Optional "Other Players" toggle (off by default) extends it to everyone else - and for other players it never draws through walls, so it can't be used to see people you couldn't already see.
- Key Command Binds: bind any key to a command, so one keypress runs it.
- Command Shortcuts: type a short alias in chat and have it expand to a full command (e.g. /ph becomes /party leave).
- Redesigned settings menu: the config UI is now a set of draggable category panels that open on top of whatever is on screen - your inventory, another mod's screen, the pause menu - instead of a full-screen menu. Panel positions and which categories you left open are remembered between sessions.
- The HUD layout editor is now reachable directly with /abm hud, and bare /abm opens the settings menu.
- Post-Process Glow now has 28 colour presets instead of 4, plus a "Live Color" mode with a full colour picker.
- Your own chat message colour is now a full colour picker instead of a short preset list.
- The mod-user marker (Presence) now also shows on the scoreboard and in the tab list, not just in chat.
- ChatGPT support: the AI Chat Responder now works with OpenAI as well as Gemini. Pick the platform in AI Settings and enter that provider's key - keys are stored separately per provider, so switching back and forth doesn't make you re-enter anything.
- AI conversation memory: the AI now remembers the last few messages so you can ask follow-up questions. Choose how much it keeps (Off / 4 / 10 / 20 / 40 / 100 / 400 / Max) or clear it with "Forget Conversation".
- Saved AI conversations: name and save a conversation, then load it back later - including after restarting the game - to carry on where you left off.
- "Only Me" option for the AI (on by default): the chat trigger only answers your own messages, so nobody else can make your account send AI replies.
- No Mouse Reset (off by default): stop the cursor jumping back to the middle of the screen when one menu closes and another opens right after. The time window counts as "right after" is selectable.
- Slayer Egg Sacs: highlights each egg sac spawned by the Tarantula Broodfather with a box you can see through walls, with its own colour picker. Optional "Guess Box" marks the likely landing area before a sac appears, and an "Others' Bosses" toggle to include or ignore sacs from other players' fights.
- The AI Chat Responder can now read and answer in your cross-account DMs and group chats (a "Read DMs" toggle). Your keyword/trigger works on messages you type there too, and the AI's reply is now shown to you locally, not only sent to the other person.
- Waypoint name labels: a "Show Names" toggle floats each waypoint's name (in its own colour) above the box, and the label scales with distance so it stays readable from far away.
- Temp waypoints from chat: coordinates posted in chat - yours or someone else's - briefly drop a see-through marker that expires on its own (30 / 60 / 120s, selectable).
- /abm coords: send your current position to whatever chat you're on (DM, group, or server).
- Zoom: hold a key to zoom the camera in. You set the key on the Zoom module itself now - same keybind system as everything else - and instead of snapping it eases in and out. While you're zoomed you can scroll to push in further or back it off, and there's a default zoom level (2x up to 10x) if you'd rather not scroll every time. Turn the smoothing off if you want it instant.
- Module keybinds: just about every module can be bound to a key now. Open a module in the settings menu and there's a "Keybind" row at the bottom - click it, press a key, and that key toggles the module in-game from then on. Press Esc while it's listening if you want to clear the bind.
- AI command control (off by default, behind an "Unsafe" switch): when you ask, the AI can actually run commands you've registered in game. You register them in an editor (a phrase like "warp me" mapped to /warp %args%, the value filled in from what you say); each command can be owner-only so nobody but you can trigger it, and it only works while both the AI module and the Unsafe switch are on. It can also close the game, but only if you register a command whose command is <<QUIT>> instead of a slash command (there's no built-in close - you choose the phrase, e.g. "byebye" -> <<QUIT>>). You're handing the AI real control of your client, so it's opt-in - use at your own discretion.
- Post-Process Glow is now a screen-wide shader effect only. The old per-entity glow options (mobs, other players, held items, and the intensity slider) have been removed - Player Outline replaces that use case with a much better-looking result.
- HUD elements can now be resized to genuinely any size; the old minimum sizes were far too large to be useful.
- The HUD layout editor now only lists elements whose module is actually turned on, so it isn't a wall of boxes for things you don't use.
- New Reset button in the HUD layout editor, with separate "Reset Sizes", "Reset Positions", and "Cancel" choices rather than one all-or-nothing reset.
- Settings panels and HUD elements now scale to fit smaller windows instead of being pushed on top of each other.
- Messages the mod prints to chat now use a coloured [ABM] tag so they're easy to tell apart from real server chat.
- Every settings and editor screen has been restyled to match the mod instead of looking like a vanilla options menu - new panel background, title bar and buttons across all of them.
- Closing an editor screen now takes you back to the settings menu you opened it from, and the GUI key no longer opens the settings overlay on top of one of the mod's own screens.
- The HUD layout editor no longer draws a title bar over the top of the screen, so elements can be placed right up to the edge.
- The AI no longer freezes the game for a moment on each triggered message. Reading the saved API key was being done on the render thread; it's now read once and reused.
- The AI now sticks to the first model/provider that actually answers and reuses it until it stops working, and it always sends a chat reply even when no model is available (e.g. your API key ran out of quota) instead of silently doing nothing.
- Danger Zones can now be pinned to a specific island or floor, the same way waypoints already could - leave it blank and the zone shows up everywhere like before. There's a "Use Current" button that fills it in from wherever you happen to be standing.
- Moved a few things around in the settings menu so they're where you'd expect: Item Rarity Circle is under HUD now, Waypoints under Render, Twitch Chat under Chat, and Ignore Party Guard under Dungeon.
- The AI's replies in DMs and group chats got a "Send Back" switch. On, it answers whoever messaged you; off, the answer just goes into whatever chat you're currently typing in instead.
- The mod no longer touches Minecraft's own Glowing effect in any way. Turning on the mod's glow used to recolour vanilla Glowing as well.
- Fixed a black main menu with no crash on Lunar Client. The mod's built-in resource pack was failing every resource lookup there, which stopped all fonts from loading, so no text rendered anywhere.
- Stacked duplicate chat messages now keep their clickable parts working.
- "Colour my messages" now only colours messages you actually sent, instead of any message that happened to contain your name.
- The Player Stats action bar keeps its normal colours instead of forcing everything white.
- Ignore Party Guard no longer runs /party list automatically when its auto kick/leave option is turned off.
- Waypoint boxes now line up with the block they're on instead of sitting half a block off.
- The player model HUD element no longer jumps somewhere else on screen after being resized.
- Settings are now saved in a way that can't leave a half-written config file behind if the game closes mid-save, and a damaged config is backed up rather than overwritten.
- Fixed a crash on startup for Lunar Client users. The mod's tab-list marker was taking over a drawing call that Lunar also uses for its own logo, which stopped Lunar's own code from loading.
- Fixed the AI replying to its own messages in an endless loop. An answer is sent as real chat, so it came straight back in and re-triggered itself. The AI now ignores its own output, and there's a hard limit of 8 chat replies per minute as a safety net so a loop can't get you muted.
- Fixed the mod-user marker missing from the scoreboard for some players. Hypixel inserts hidden characters in the middle of scoreboard lines, which could split a player's name and stop it being recognised.
- Fixed the mod-user marker disappearing when a player dies in a dungeon. Hypixel removes dead players from the tab list, which is where the mod was looking their name up.
- Fixed an error when adding or editing a Command Shortcut while connected to a server.
- Waypoint distance labels no longer jitter as you move around.
- Temp waypoints from chat now actually honour the Waypoints toggle - turn the Waypoints module off and they stop too, instead of quietly carrying on.
- Pets wearing a pet skin now get their rarity circle. The star Hypixel puts before a skinned pet's name ("✦[Lvl 100] Golden Dragon") stopped the item being recognised as a pet at all, so those pets showed no circle while the identical unskinned pet did.
v1.0.19.5
- The auto-updater now asks first: when a new version is found, you'll get a chat message with [Download & Install] / [Not now] buttons instead of the update downloading automatically in the background. Nothing is downloaded until you click Download & Install.
- If the prompt can't be shown yet (e.g. it's found while you're still at the main menu), it's now shown as soon as you join a world or server instead of being silently missed, and it keeps reminding you about once an hour until you install it, dismiss it, or turn the auto-updater off.
v1.0.18.0
- Player Stats HUD: optional draggable displays for Health, Mana, Overflow Mana, Defense, Vitality, Effective Health (EHP), and Speed, each independently toggleable and repositionable from its own Player Stats screen (HUD → Player Stats).
- Option to hide Hypixel's own stat numbers above the hotbar, so they don't duplicate the Player Stats HUD.
- Independent options to hide the vanilla health bar, hunger bar, armor bar, and mount/ride health bar.
- The distributed jar is no longer code-obfuscated.
- Removed the account-ban/hardware-fingerprint system entirely.
- The auto-updater is now an optional module (toggleable in Utils settings) that checks for updates shortly after launch and every hour after that, instead of being tied to the removed verification system.
v1.0.18.5
- Reliability fix: the auto-updater could previously need more than one restart to actually finish installing an update in some cases. It now applies as soon as it can once staged, instead of only on a specific shutdown path.
- The auto-update check now includes a basic proof of holding a valid Mojang account (the same certificate mechanism already used for chat/presence), purely as an anti-abuse measure on the update-check request itself — this is separate from, and does not bring back, the removed account-ban system.
- Hardened rate limiting on the update server.
v1.0.17.9
- Drop Tracker: add items you don't want to miss to a watchlist, and get an alert with a marker (visible through walls) when one drops nearby in a dungeon.
- Ignore Party Guard now also covers the Party Finder menu — any listing with someone you've ignored gets marked with a purple circle so it's obvious at a glance.
- Ignore Party Guard's auto-kick/leave is now its own toggle — turn it off to keep the detection and Party Finder marking without the mod automatically kicking or leaving for you.
v1.0.16.5
- The mod can now securely auto-update itself. When a new verified version is available, you'll get a short popup letting you know — it finishes installing the next time you restart the game.
- Added a lightweight verification step that checks a non-personal hardware identifier (not your name, IP, or any personal files) purely to catch ban evasion via alt accounts on modified clients. It doesn't collect anything else about your system and has no effect on normal use.
v1.0.16
- License changed to PolyForm Strict 1.0.0 — personal, noncommercial use only; redistribution and modified/derivative copies are not permitted. See the license link on the mod page for the full text.
v1.0.15
- Custom Mesh (experimental): attach your own model to your character (head, off-hand, etc.), imported from a Blender glTF/GLB export, with animation support. Manage your models from a new in-game menu.
- Death tracker now shows a short on-screen title (e.g. "Steve Died") when a party death is counted, in addition to the party chat message.
- Deleting a Custom Mesh project now also deletes its files, not just the menu entry.
- Fixed a bug where imported animations could look like they were tilting instead of spinning smoothly.
- Improved security around loading custom model files.
- Fixed a death tracker bug: copying/pasting a real death message into party or guild chat could get it counted a second time.
- Fixed the item rarity circle not showing on some items (e.g. Attribute Shards) whose tooltip writes rarity as "Rarity: RARE" instead of a bare rarity word.
- Sound alert on chat mention ("Ding on Mention") has been removed. Sound alert on direct message ("Ding on DM") is unaffected.
Privacy & License
- Relay features (DM/group chat, Mod-User Marker/Presence, Player Size, AH Tracker) connect through a relay server the author runs and pays for, for use through the official unmodified client only. Any other use — a modified client, a third-party script, an automated tool — is not authorised.
- AI Chat Responder talks directly to your chosen provider (Google Gemini / OpenAI) using your own API key. It does not use the author's relay, and the author has no access to your key, prompts or replies.
- Sodium and Fabric API compatible. Client-only — nothing is installed on the server.
- Licensed under the PolyForm Strict License 1.0.0 — personal, noncommercial use only.
